Do you accept international invitation orders?

Definitely!  Our wedding invitation store is always thrilled to receive International orders for wedding invitations.  Please let us know upfront if you are on a strict timeline as shipping needs to be taken into consideration.  We will always select the most appropriate and cost effective shipping method since the client pays for shipping.


Do you have a minimum order of invites that we must order?

We do not have a minimum quantity that you must order, we have a minimum order of $100. If you would only like to order 7 invitations, the minimum charge will be $100 if the total order is under $100.


Do the wedding invitations come printed?

Yes.  Each wedding invitation package includes an outer envelope, printed invitation, response envelope and printed response card.


Do I have to use the text on the design layout?

Wedding invitation wording is a personal taste.  Many of our designs are non-traditional wedding cards are non-traditional so you can be creative and design your own wording to suit your style.


Can I get a wedding invitation sample?

Definitely.  You are able to purchase a sample wedding invitation for all of our designs. Sample orders take approximately 2 weeks via Canada post – standard ground.


If I order a sample, what is included?

A sample will look like your wedding invitation would look. A printed invitation, printed response card and a sample envelope is included.


Do you sell other accessories to match the wedding invitation?

We have corresponding wedding stationery to match your wedding invitation.  They include but are not limited to:

Does the invitation include an outer envelope?

No.  We are an environmentally aware company and do not believe it is necessary for an inner and outer envelope.  Wedding invitation etiquette in the past has suggested using both, and if some couples choose an outer envelope, and we are pleased to fill their request however we do not include it in our price.  Many couples are printing their individual guests names on the back flap of the wedding invitation instead of two envelopes.  The less paper we use, the more trees we save!


Do you accept rush wedding invitation orders?

Yes.  If you need your wedding invitations within a certain timeframe, we will gladly accept your order.  We would kindly let you know up front if we did not think we could complete the order for you on time.  During the invitation design process, we would keep you informed of any challenges.  Some wedding stationery may need to be substituted if time does not allow for the original design on the website.  A $100 fee may be applied to your final invoice if additional shipping was needed for rush supplies.  We would request your approval before any design changes were made.  Invitations by Nature is always happy to help you out even if it is at the last minute.


Are we able to make some minor changes to the layout as it is shown on the website?

Certainly.  The designs shown on the website are samples, and we can always move the text or layout around to your liking.


What is the invitation order process like?

We email you a proof of your wedding invitation, and once you have approved the text, we would either mail you a hard copy if you would like or if time is an issue, you might opt into skipping that step-you decide. This process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on how quickly you are able to proof the layout and text. We strongly suggest you have multiple people check over your proof to ensure everything is spelt correctly and included. All reprints are at the cost of the client so check carefully!

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to begin printing the invitations. We accept Paypal or money order mailed to the studio. Once the payment is received, we then put the order through for printing and assembly. Depending on the quantity of invites and the intricacy of hand work, the process can take anywhere from a week and a half to three weeks.

Once the invitations are completed, we send you an email to confirm your shipping address. We email you some shipping options for you to select from depending on your timeline and budget. A paypal money request is emailed to you for final payment. If you would like to pay by cheque or money order, arrangements can be made ahead of the order ready for shipping so that a cheque is on file when the order is ready. No orders will be shipped until full payment has been made. We work very hard to build up a level of trust and quality with you to enable you to feel comfortable with your purchase. If for some reason there is a problem with your order once it has been shipped, we would be happy to review your concerns and refund money as we see fit.


Can you print an address on the response card envelope?

Yes.  For $45.00/order (may be less if the order is under 50 invitations) we will print the address to which the response cards will be sent.


Will you place Spanish text on our invitation?

Definitely. Some fonts are easier to place than others but in most cases you would need to send us the text as an image file such as jpeg, eps or tiff. Please email us to find out which translations need to be in this format; there are others that a word processing document is acceptable.


Can you print a return address on the outer envelope?

Yes.  For $45.00/order (may be less if the order is under 50 invitations) we can print the return address on the outer envelope.


Do you have any theme style wedding invitations?

Not all of our designs are on the website, feel free to email us to see if we have a particular wedding invitation style that you are looking for.  We also do custom wedding invitations that you tell us the budget-this way you can have the particular invite you are looking for in your price range!  We have many unique wedding designs to choose from.


Can I change the color of the ribbon?

We will definitely work with you to find something that you are happy with.  For the majority of the invites we are flexible in changing the cord or ribbon color.  Colors and embellishments would all be decided upon before finalizing the order.

Please note duty and customs fees may be applied to your order by the shipping company when your order enters your country. We have no control over these costs.
